Where is my order?

In stock items ship within 3-5 days. Items that are not in stock ship within 2-4 weeks, depending on their lead time. For orders containing items with different lead times, we'll usually ship everything together once all items are ready. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. US orders of $50 or more ship free; otherwise standard shipping is $6.99 and express is $9.50. Thresholds, rates and delivery estimates for the other countries are listed in our Shipping policy, and the rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Taxes and duties

Import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your order is delivered. Whether tax is shown inside the item price depends on your country's rules — in the United States, prices exclude sales tax and any tax due is calculated at checkout.
