Return and exchange policy

You may request a return and send back unused items within 30 days of receipt.

Email info@memeowshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. We'll confirm your request and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

While our jewelry is handmade with strict quality control, If you notice a manufacturing defect, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. The item will be inspected to confirm the defect. 

Please ensure that all returned jewelry meets the following requirements:

• The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
• All original tags must remain attached and undamaged.
  
• Items must be returned in their original size, without any alterations.
  
• All original components must be included. Sets must be complete and not partial.
  
• The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewelry box and pouches.
  
• Returns must be securely packaged in a cardboard box; returns sent in envelopes will not be accepted.

Once returned, each item will be inspected by our experts for any signs of use. If accepted, we will proceed with your refund within 15 business days. For exchanges, the time frame may vary depending on the availability of the requested item.

Memeow reserves the right to refuse a refund for any item that is not in its original condition or if the return policy is not followed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund a return we don't receive. If your item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping is on us. Send photos with your request and we'll take care of it.
